Born in an office by the seaside in beautiful Porto, we’ve been accompanying the growth of the Tourism sector in Portugal since 2007 and developing our expertise in charming and luxury tourism in Portugal.
Always expanding, we made it to the top leading Portuguese Tour Operators and climbed our way to a strong international presence. Ecotours Portugal has now a sounding name in the UK, USA, Italy, France, Spain, Germany and South America.
Undoubtedly, this has been a hard-working yet astounding ride. For the fourth straight year, we won the Certificate of Excellence of TripAdvisor. This is an annually award that is given out by the world largest travel website to the travel businesses that consistently receive high ratings on their website. It’s so great to realize that our hard work has been recognized by our customers and we couldn’t be anymore prouder of our brilliant team.
Recently, we also won the status of SMC Excellence. It’s a reputation seal awarded in partnership with the Portugal Tourism (Turismo de Portugal) and other partners to distinguish the Portuguese companies worthy of merit with superior performance. A prestigious award that we want to repeat next year. And the national prize for the “Best of Wine Tourism” awarded ecoTours Portugal. This competition honors the most important wine tourism agents that stand out for the excellence of services, quality of their hospitality, innovation and original approach.
But the goal to be achieved is further along the road. We want to keep focus, we want to reach the most demanding expectations, we want to make more travel dreams come true. For this reason, ecoTours Portugal is proud to share the announcement of its entrance in the Chinese Market!
Now with direct flights starting in July between Lisbon and Beijing, we will be awaiting on the end side to welcome all those flying our way and looking forward to experience the best of Portuguese hospitality!
To guarantee the best for the Chinese customers, we are now connected to several Chinese travel agencies, we settled an office in Beijing, we are members of the Bank of China and we contracted Chinese staff that can support agencies and customers in Chinese language (in Portugal and in China). Having Tours specially designed for this market, and a Chinese website, we will be more than happy to show our beautiful country to this people.
