Departure: 09h00 a.m. We set off towards the center of Portugal. Our first stop will be Aveiro. Known as the little "Venice of Portugal", Aveiro displays magnificent works of Art Nouveau architecture, colorful moliceiros and enchanting landscapes linked to the Ria that runs through it. After exploring Aveiro, we'll go on a panoramic tour of the stunning beaches of the Costa Nova. In this setting, we can admire the salt pans and the iconic striped wooden houses, true pearls of popular Portuguese architecture.
In the afternoon, we'll set off for the historic city of Coimbra, an ancient capital and the birthplace of six Portuguese kings. Known as the "City of Students", Coimbra is home to one of the oldest universities in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During our visit, we will have the opportunity to contemplate the impressive University and explore the city center, where we will be able to appreciate the famous Coimbra ceramics.
