Vasco is responsible for ecoTours in Portugal, has a MBA and a Master degree in Tourism, from the University of Porto. Following his international professional experience in Spain and the United Kingdom, he is now proud to manage a specialized team who design and organize Tours in Portugal, charming trips allied to a service of excellence.

Helena has a Licentiate degree in Secretarial, Translation and Interpretation and she is one of the founding members of ecoTours Portugal. She grew up travelling the world, having navigated in her own way through 50 countries. She is a travel junkie, an explorer, always taking the side roads just to see where they lead. 

Tânia has a Master degree in History and Geography Teaching. Her passion about Portugal makes her an incredible teller of Portuguese History, down to the smallest details. She is very friendly and communicative and she is our official Tour Guide, always designing a Tour with love, devotion and tenacity.  

From an early age, André showed interest in the territory and in contact with different cultures, which led him to graduate in Geography and, later, to attend a master's degree in Tourism Management. Currently, he strives to promote the Douro Region and its territory.

Her passion for travel and other cultures was such that Beatriz got a degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures and a Master in Tourism Management. However, nothing speaks louder than our home, so it is a great pleasure for Beatriz to be able to promote the Douro Region.

With a professional technical course in tourism and tourist information, Daniela has worked in several fields of tourism, in tourism and tourist information offices, hotel reception, and reservations department. Her love for the challenge of creating and learning more about Portugal has made her a member of the incoming team, providing customers with unforgettable experiences throughout the Portuguese territory, including the Azores and Madeira Islands.

Ines breathes and lives the Douro. Whenever she can, she drives to the Douro Region and takes the opportunity to absorb new ideas and solutions to suggest to customers. Always optimistic and available to help, her main feature is the constant search to help exceed customers’ expectations.

With a professional experience always linked to the Douro, Liliana's mission is to develop programs in the Region and manage the logistical means inherent to the Douro Cruises and Reservations. Being an excellent colleague and professional expert, she loves to every now and then wander through Douro and enjoy the serenity of this region.

With a degree in Marketing Management, Margarida is one of the youngest members of the team. She integrates the Marketing and Communication department. Empathy and resilience describe her perfectly! Passionate about traveling and getting to know new cultures, she decided to join the useful to the pleasant, taking this challenge with maximum dedication!

With a degree in Classical languages, Zita is part of our reservations team. Her friendliness, team spirit, and perfectionism make her an excellent professional. Every day, she prides herself on offering the best service, trying to meet the needs and expectations of those who seek Cruzeiros Douro.

Sofia admits that she didn't choose tourism as her first option for higher education... so she thinks it was the world of travel that chose her, and what's for sure is that she was delighted with it! What she is passionate about in her work is being able to contribute to a mission that promotes the tourism competitiveness of the Douro region, paying attention to the sustainable development of this wonderful destination.
